As a father of two girls, Captain Harry understands how important it is to spend quality time with family. A family fishing charter consists of exploring the tidal creeks and estuaries in search of the perfect spot to fish, crab, shrimp and throw the cast net to discover other creatures living in our waters. Family fishing provides a well-rounded experience for anyone willing to learn, explore and have fun! Additional activities include shelling, photography and wildlife observation such as dolphin watching, birding and viewing an active bald eagle nest.

Drum Runner Charters provides fly-rods, leaders and flies. We encourage clients to practice casting before their charter. This will help with the productivity of the trip. However, we do not discourage first-time or novice fly-fishermen. We will happily provide pointers and instruction to help improve our chances of catching fish. Fly-casting lessons are available.

Custom and Sunset Tours are a fun, quick and easy way to enjoy the water. If it’s your first time on the water or you’re an avid salt-water goer these trips can be made to fit your needs. Enjoy a beautiful Lowcountry sunset, toss a chicken neck in the water to catch some crabs, try your hand at throwing the cast net to catch some shrimp or just cruise around the serene and scenic creeks.
A 50% deposit is required for all charters. Deposits can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Charters cancelled 24 hours prior to departure will forfeit deposit. Refunds will be made in the event of bad weather or family/medical emergencies.
